Shearing Process

| Shearing is a process for cutting material to size, out of a larger raw material (e.g. roll form raw material). Shearing are used as the preliminary step in preparing material for other processes such as stamping processes, or Silk screen printing. |

Silkscreen Printing Process

| Silkscreen printing is more versatile than traditional printing techniques. Screen printing inks can be applied on a variety of materials, such as paper, metal, sponge and plastic. |

Stamping Process
|

| Automatic centering function and stable punching accuracy. These operations are done with dedicated tooling (also known as hard tooling), followed by a Power Press machine to cut the material into required shapes. |

Flat & Rotary Custom Die Cutting

| By using knife-edge cutting blades formed into a pattern or die, a machine presses the die into the material to produce the desired shape. |

| A variable speed router can be used for cutting plastic. Routers allow high-speed shape cutting, with excellent edge and precision. |
